Jennifer negotiated both situations beautifully. She is a true professional. While it's hard to pinpoint her greatest asset, as she did everything so well, I will write that her responsiveness at all stages of the sale and purchase were off the charts. But of course, for either a buyer or seller, the agents negotiation skills are most important. Jennifer knows the market well and is great at reading the situation correctly, not always easy in today's market. On top of all this it was just a pleasure working with Jennifer.
